Welcome to a new year! We hope you will be able to join us on Wednesday, January 20 at 8:30 am on the SECOND FLOOR OF THE LEARNING CENTER AT THE HIGH SCHOOL. Through a large donation from UAEF, a portion of the Learning Center is being transformed into a Research and Development Lab for students and teachers. Our PTO fundraisers will help the rest of the Learning Center be updated for a more modern learning environment. Please join us to see these updates!
Parking during the school day can be difficult. For this reason, please try to carpool. There are visitor spots in front of the school and in the Brandon Road parking lot that are to be held for this meeting. On Ridgeview Road, in front of the school, there are signs that say no parking from 7-9 am. Officer Rice has approved us parking here starting at 8:20.
We have 6 important items to vote on at this meeting. The first 2 items are a whistle blowing policy and a conflict of interest policy that all non profits should have. We also need to vote on amended bylaws and code of regulations. These are to be updated every few years. And last we have an amended budget and a vote needed on what to do with our money in reserves.
